With solid morals and a relentless drive to keep working (and working and working) until he reaches his goal. He's not the biggest fan of loud, crowded places (uff I can seriously relate) and you'll notice how much more relaxed he gets when you take him somewhere quiet. You might even get to enjoy some shirtless fun with him...
