46. Hornet on the threshold of Farlum
I'm still playing through Silksong, at Act 3, but I've been sketching out this scene for a while now. The beginning was built on enthusiasm and anticipation, but it eventually gave way, and the slow pace and slight despondency took over. Luckily I'd already been through this in the first game and was generally too eager to play for it to stop me. However, the fact remains: without a dash or fast running, it's pretty depressing; beads are in short supply, and shards quickly accumulate until they reach their limit.
But it's still interesting and promising, although the double damage from many sources leaves a very negative impression.
