• PC: Just drag & drop the SRT-file over your (VLC-)Player, when playing the video.
• TV:  To make them work on a Smart-TV, simply copy the SRT-file into the same folder as the video file.

I've learnt a lot from this project again and I'm looking forward to using the new knowledge for Persistent Evil 2 (a few models need to be reworked again ?).
