One of the first things Hekapoo did when she came to our realm was claiming back her dimensional scissors. Star made a tantrum, but at the end, Hekapoo got back her beautiful creations and since then she's keeping them locked just for emergencies.
And yes, those emergencies are cases such as sneaking in Marco's bedroom on the night and creating glory holes whenever she want it.
