Leglift: Small Bust patch

This was requested earlier and it was easy enough to do.

The only difference between this and the original scene is

1. the breasts are NOT pressed together and are instead controlled by physics

2. The left male doesn't grab the left girls chest.

This should make it compatible with any chest size smaller than the example chika's in the last release.
