PRODUCTION UPDATE! SEASON 1 + SEASON 2?!

EPISODE 3

Episode 3 has unfortunately taken longer than I had anticipated. I am now in the back half of the production and entered the PRECOMPOSITION STAGE. Meaning all of the ANIMATED SEQUENCES are with me and I am waiting on additional background art so I can start compiling the episode.

To be truthful, the delay was due to me being somewhat of a perfectionist and over pedantic! As I set production back in order to have the background art completely redone. Every Episode I am striving to improve in aspects that I feel we lack and the knock on effect of this caused the delay!

EPISODE 4 + 5 + SEASON 2!

SEASON 2

This also leads me into the production of Episodes 4 + 5 as well as SEASON 2! I’m happy to announce Season 2 is already green lit! And is in preproduction for 2021! Now I have survived the first season (AND LEARNED A LOT!!) I feel like we can begin telling a slightly more ambitious story throughout the oncoming season! We are still ironing out plot details and developing it but I’m excited and feel like this is a nice step forward at the right time!

EPISODES 4 + 5

The production of Episodes 4 + 5 is something that required some thought on my part also. Having learned so much when writing episodes 1 – 3, I realised that I wanted episode 4 to be truly something special (I mentioned previously that my aim personally was to make sure that every episode outdoes the previous) and I wished to produce an episode that set the bar both VISUALLY and with its WRITING for us as a production. I wanted Episode 4 to be the standard by which we move forwards.

Having had that realisation I knew that episodes 4 + 5 needed to be completely reworked in order to achieve that.

And thus I made the decision to combine both 4 + 5 to make a longer episode in which to tell the story. I am very proud of the work each member of the production has put into this episode and honestly am very excited for you guys to see it!! I think it will be the most Anime thing we’ve ever made! I don’t know if that’s good haha!

This therefore means we are moving into 2021 starting what we would like to call the 2nd half of SEASON ONE.
