[WIP] OC: Pipp ♂

Wanted to come back to this and either finish it or do something else with the character, but thought he seemed too similar to Nori. So I spent a while futzing around with the design, and ended up landing on a more or less different character entirely... ?

Would like to add at least one more image to this and flesh out his personality a bit more!
