July 2021 Ice Cream Poll

The prelim poll had stagnated for a bit so I decided to call it a slightly early.

Also, just want to say I know that several people had cheated in the first poll by voting multiple times. The website does tell me when people vote more than they are supposed to and I can easily single out those votes. Fortunately even after subtracting the duplicate votes the top 8 itself remained the same (though some characters shifted in rankings within it). 

I do have the ability to blacklist people who repeatedly vote multiple times, and although I have yet to do it, I will if I see you continue to cheat.
