Hide the eevee lamps collection when rendering on cycles to save rendering times (emission from meshes work fine for cycles, but not for eevee so we need to add actual lamps for them in eevee, they're redundant for cycles though, which is why it's better to just hide/mute them).

USE BLENDER 3.6 OR NEWER TO OPEN/APPEND, DO NOT OPEN, USE OR SAVE WITH AN OLDER VERSION.
