Poppy is still young, but also mature, so I say she is 220 - 250 years old.  Even if Demacia has 10 kings (excluding the current Jarvan III), on  average they all rule for 10 years (and believe me when I say that a  really long time for a king to rule), Poppy would be at 120 to 150 years old when Demacia was found. 

Remember that Poppy is a yordle! A small height race like the Dwarf!
