[NSFW] Cow Pulse RGB, another little WIP

Finished the Pulse drawing! Contains static and animated variants. Doing the pulsing bit was very in teresting and was done via a custom brush.

Also, have a WIP, based on a sketch from last month, requested to be finished by one of the source code members. (Yes it is more Nazrin I may have a problem)
