[WIP] Nazrin BE wip, opinionated memes

Another WIP of the nazrin animation.
For those whom it gets to be too big, fret not, I plan to do smaller / more limited size edits. And probably some milk too. I'm mainly getting the primary size frames done. It'll be snappy, pulsing transitions between sizes.

Anyway, also have a meme about an opinion of mine.
