Timelapse and Thoughts: "V&M #54: Watch Your Six"

FUCK, did I do too much for this one? Making this page took way longer than it usually takes me to whip up a comic. It's been awhile since I've had to flesh out lots of scenery, but I think it paid off - I really like how the first panel came out. Also, I know almost nothing about guns, so I apologize if it looks like some janky movie prop lol

Honestly, I'm really happy with how my art has progressed! I never thought I'd reach the point where I could draw scenes like this - but the natural downside is that it takes longer for me to actually make the damn scene. I might start sketching up the base a day in advance just to buy myself a bit more time. I hope you like how my art has been changing too! I know a lot of artists tend to evolve their styles over time, but I'd like to make sure that I'm not straying too far from what you all know and love ?
