Chopper wip 02

All the lineart and flat colors on the chars are done~
I decided to try a different expression for Chopper here. I'm still undecided on what kind of expression I want, but I did notice his horn point doesn't have that line that goes from his mouth to his nose, so I'll be removing it.

If I can decided on expressions, I'll just add some edited version as alts when this gets all finished
