Okay, I found out what's wrong with the broken link

simply remove the amp; on the download link in the end part

everytime I put the download link and sent it, patreon added that amp; automatically, I have no idea

apparently you can't copy paste the link to the browser, you have to manually remove the amp;
BUT if you click directly on the hyperlink, it works just fine
