Character concept of new character in historical (fiction) setting

Posting these here since they're concept doodles. Literally ripped from dishonored bad ending because I want an excuse to draw a brutally efficient queen and I also get to draw a plague city on my SFW account after.

I'm still juggling her name between Eleanor or Elizabeth. Leaning towards Eleanor because uh... yeah... A pervert queen named Elizabeth might be of bad taste even if it wasn't on purpose haha...

Well anyways, can't wait to finally draw her for real for real >:)
