February Comms for rent pt 4 (final)

Finally done! but also a heads up. 

So I'm going to court in a few days to deal with an eviction. It's complicated but it involves my gambling addicted mother living in an apartment where my name was on the lease even though I haven't lived there for over a year. Hoping things go well.
