Behind the cracked census mirrors in the Hall of Exiting Numbers, the characters uncover a sealed register of impossible exits—entries that do not resolve to any known plane, marked only by repeating sigils and gaps where destinations should be. The pattern points to a hidden route once used by the Unmade, a procedural anomaly that could lead to their Last Bastion. Guarding this knowledge is a deadly adversary: a true specter of an Unmade auditor who once helped operate the hall and now enforces its failures with fanatical precision. The specter cannot be destroyed by force alone; it does not fight to kill, but to erase intruders from the record. To claim the lead, the characters must negotiate—prove their legitimacy, bargain with names and numbers, or convince the specter that revealing the truth is the only way the ledger can ever be balanced again.
