Shadow Drain ?

Here's more deets about Shadow Reign as a whole, and about how it'll influence the whole Kingdom!

• Shadow Population doesn't drop or rise normally.

• If the Kingdom is peaceful, the Shadow Population will remain mostly stable.

• As wars happen, the Population from suffering Reigns could decide to leave the Kingdom and enter the Shadow Reign!

• Suffering: a Reign "suffering score" is calculated by comparing their Power? points to how many wars they fight. It's also influenced by their Princess not being around anymore, or by low Population.

• For the same reason, Life Force will also influence the chance of Living/Undead Reigns to be in a Suffering state.

Here's a skeleton that's biting a bit more that she can chew? And she had no gums to begin with!

• Just like Mouse drains Wealth ? from the other Reigns weekly, Shadow will drain Population daily from Suffering Reigns, becoming stronger (or weaker) over time!

• Shadow Reign's winning condition will be tied to the amount of Population they have! How that'll happen will be shown, or at least hinted at, in their events!

• To make this new mechanic even more intrusive, I think it's reasonable if a Reign loses 1 Power? points after conquering another settlement!
