There is a new shop animation for Quest Guild shops. It shows you what your badge is before the shop opens.

Gourmet Candy (Consumable)

Gives Wow state to the target.

Location: Sold by the new Quest Guild Lounge barista.

Sold for 3 QC.

Wow (State)

Increase ATK, MAG, DEF, M.DEF and SPE by +25% for 5 turns. can stack to +50%.

This acts as a state, you can still buff individual states too to increase stats even further.
