General/Art Water Dungeon update!

Heya

I added floating tablets with Smartacus' logs on them. You can read them to understand the story of the dungeon more!

I also redid the submerged scout sprites and finished the enemy sprites. They were still missing tails!

The enemies won't be any different. Just a variation to the art! So no different loot or stats and moves.

Here's the new battle background for the fights on the 2nd floor of the dungeon!
