Event progress/finished

Heya!

This month's portion of the event is now done! Woo!

I also worked on the pink dragon quest line to fit with the event. If you get to the cell door before talking with the pink dragon in Safen, it starts a new quest where you have to go there an meet with the dragon to start the pink dragon quest. 

There's also a new item you get once you do the new event once. The guys at the base also have things to say!
