New Swell Tales Update

I've deployed a new version of Swell Tales! Couple notable new features:

Added three hard-coded tags to story details: Is Furry, Is Series, and Is Comic. These toggle special colored tags to show on the story description for easier at-a-glance searching. 

Support for series! When 'Is Series' is selected, it will enable a new area in the edit tale form where the author can link the previous part of the story and the next part of the story. Doing so will give the story listing a 'Read Previous Part' and a 'Read Next Part' button in the actions dropdown for easy navigation. There is also a 'View Series' option, to view the entire series as a whole.

Fixed a bug with blacklists where they were ignored if the user had no tags blacklisted.

Added patreon integration! Now if a user uses the same email with patreon and their swell tales account, they will have access to special features. Right now it's not plugged into anything, but if you use the same email, you should see your username turn gold in the upper left corner. We'll decide which features are 'premium' later on.

Added commission support! Now in an author's biography, they can enable commissions and enter their commission info, as well as open or close their commissions. Other users can then see their commission status, as well as request a commission. This will deliver their request to the author's email where they can decide to accept or reject. Users are also limited to requesting commissions from the same author to only once every 14 days, to keep them from flooding or harassing their inbox.

In other news, the new hardware's delivery got pushed out to late April or early May, so please bear with me on the current speed! It will get better one day.
