Beat Banger Mod update

Hey guys! Since the game received some updates the mod had some reported issues so KirbyKidJ and I worked on fixing those bugs. Here's a small changelog:

• Tweaked Position Offsets (recommended with Cum Edition patch)

• Tweaked each chart

• Removed game-breaking stray notes in Normal and Hard difficulties

• Added Act ID and Level IDs (each of the level IDs is the same so beating one level applies to the others)

• Adjusted the 4th loop so there's no visual artifacts on handsfree mode
