About AI "art"

Well, here we are, I may have sold my soul to the devil haha ?
A few month after my first post about AI, a lot have happened. This thing is growing relentlessly, evolving so fast. It is impressive and also terrifying on multiple levels.

It is wrong or is it not? Is it art? If so who's the artist, the AI, the devs, the prompter, all the artists whose artworks were used to train this monster? Such a tricky question. And image generation AI is not an exception, you must have eared about text AI like chat GPT, voice synthesizers AI... I mean these are just insane and already changing the way we work (chat GPT is already helping millions of people, even I ask chat GPT something sometime instead of googling, in some cases it gives faster and more precise answers). Holy shit, this... this is the beginning! Tomorrow, Skynet will rise!

Jokes aside, I got to say that as a NSFW artist I was reluctant at first, I felt dirty just trying AI. I have talked about this with other NSFW artists like me and we all feel the same: small fishes in a hurricane. Seeing the tidal wave of AI generated artworks, it has become harder to swim, the current has become stronger. We are artists but we also need to make a living out of it to keep doing what we do; and with the drastic increase of concurrence, even if it being AI, makes us significantly less visible than ever. And as you all know, on internet, visibility is key. I feel that my survival is kinda in jeopardy here, a war has begun! So I'm trying to have a head start before I'm eventually lost in the maelstrom. Yes, I have created another artist identity, yes I officially have an artistic schizophrenia ? buuuuuuut as an excuse of an artist that I am, trying to excuse himself, I trained the AI on my artworks.

I've spent the past few months making tries and models on my artworks, and holy fuck some renders are just insane. We can recognize the usual thick shape of the nipples I make and a sort of veiny appearance, but the overall style is not me. That's the main reason why I want this content to be under another "artist" name:

The last image in this post shows a crappy sketch I'm made, turned into an AI piece. This has potential but it deprives me of all that makes me an artist, I'm not sure I'll go down this path again. Of course I will NEVER stop drawing and making what I do now as Boobdollz, it will always remain my top priority. AI images are just a leisure I do some evenings when my brain is burned out from the day and wife is away, it's kinda fun.
