Sweet bite - Illustration WIP

Hi there! 

In a couple of weeks I am going to attend a very small convention in the south of Germany, actually the first one for me in a couple of years! I didn't attend any during the heights of the pandemic (yes, there were some conventions happening...) and when it calmed down a little I got sick badly. So I am really excited and a bit anxious.

This year's theme for the convention is "Vampires" and I wanted to prepare a little print in the Halloween spirit! I wanted to channel some cheesy romance novel cover energy and wish I had looked at some for reference... oh well, this will have to do. xD

Here you can see a little bit of my process. Boy, am I bad with colors. I hope I can make it work in the end. :')

With Halloween around the corner... what do you think Zockl and Flix would dress up as?
And are you gonna dress up? I ordered a liter of fake blood this afternoon. xD
