OPC Dev Log 4

Here we see Monster Princess Do-s from the prologue, and a new OC, Wren. Wren is the smug face of the Hero Association for the game, and will often have dealings with the protagonist. Unfortunately, this is a game focused almost entirely on Tatsumaki, meaning the side girls won't be getting arcs or sexual content. That said, that doesn't mean I can't draw their butts in my own free time, especially if they win the Patreon vote. Several more characters are planned to be drawn for the v0.1 release, a scientist, a black market fence, an insect girl, a shark girl, and two imp girls.

The final image shows the world map. As I've said before, this game is inspired by Corruption of Champions, where you visit various areas and see random events. There are several areas planned, each with 6-10 events, and there will be many choices you can make within those events, with possible consequences. Spare someone in the Outskirts, and they may come and help or hinder you during a more late-game area. Unlike CoC, there will be less of a sandboxy feel to the game, and more of a focused progression. Almost all events are one-time only, and I want to add the ability to click on an area in the world map, and see its difficulty rating and completion percentage. Hopefully this keeps things feeling fresh and avoids a grindy feel to the gameplay.

Development is going very well. The game is coming together even better than I anticipated. I've almost finished coding the introduction. I'm planning on having a pre-release vertical slice build featuring the introduction and first area to gather opinions. This'll be on the hidden #game-testing channel on Discord.

After that, the road to v0.1 will be finishing one more area and 8 Sex CG. I anticipate that it'll be done within 30 days.
