"A micro sized girl with a speechless expression on top of a nipple of the woman from the milk series. The micro girl can see another much, much bigger girl looking at the nipple that the micro girl is on top of with desire. Some milk is coming out of the nipple as if the boob is being squeezed somewhere out of view. The character on top of the nipple should be naked. The bigger girl should either have oversized clothes or be naked as well, as if she has already shrunk some amount."
