Terms of Service : Wait there's more!

Hey folks! Sadly it's not quite as clear cut as I believed at first.. Nothing can be simple or clear xD People seem split on this section. However I take it as their "safety clause" for content that appears to be non-prohibited, but due to surrounding circumstances, might be deemed prohibited. Even if it is cartoony.. They make a strong point to mention tags, titles, text, and accompanying data. Which leads me to be believe its for material that uses live actors/actual victims in its creation even if the end results are cartoony. Such examples might be people using a real minor as a reference for drawn lewd art. Let's say an artist draws a lewd loli and admits to using his younger sister as the reference. Or even a lewd animation that uses minors for voice overs. Although I suppose there is some possibility the fictional age may matter. So it might be best to avoid letting that information out unless said character is 18+, like Patoots! I find it unlikely that they would create a nicely explained section detailing whats okay so long as its not real-life actors then pull a total "psyche!" in a few sections down. If they were gonna ban lolisho they'd have said it up front and not relied on some round-about method in the footnotes. *Note, when they say "Expression" they mean actual content. So "Content of the expression" is essentially "Content of the content". My plans are to continue on as normal.
