Discord Request Bot

Hello !

I've made a discord bot for the discord server.

I've made it so it checks my excel sheet, where I input the requested characters and it sends it out in numerical order whenever I type out !refresh.

I hope this helps you all who've been asking me on the status on some requests, I know I'm taking long and this is why. October was a tough month for me IRL, had some stuff that needed to be taken care of and the requests just piled up. I'm giving it all to resolve them as quickly as I can without losing quality and quantity of my posts.

Thank you all very very much for your patience, I hope in some weeks the wait time will be back to the usual 2-3 weeks!

Also don't be fooled by the numerical order, it says 23 but a lot of requesters are on the last tier where they get 2 requests, so the actual request list is 31 characters and not 23 !
