Illustrations edit comparison | イラスト編集比較

Hello, this post is simply to show the comparison from a before vs after editing an illustration.

I will try to compile and post every once in a while, with some of the "bigger" edits.

There are many old and recent illustrations that I don't have the old/unedited illustrations, although most were small fixes and such so I don't really save those.

Anyway, here we go with Nero Claudius first:

Here the biggest change is on her hand, her other hand had an extra finger, and the eyes got also an improvement. Aside from the higher resolution overall.

Next one is Himeko, which I recently posted.

This main change is also on her hand holding the teacup, but her face looks more defined with better eyes, and the overall detail + quality + higher resolution and slightly better colors is also noticeable.

Last one for this post is Bashou.

This one is quite obvious, not only she lost the weird-looking water gun but also got higher details + higher resolution and other improvements to the whole illustration.

There are many others I liked doing as well, but they will come in future posts. Sometimes making edits that don't have an impact (as in, not looking out of place) in the final result is tricky and difficult, but it's a great learning experience for me.
