Adding a new sprite to Grimm

Grimm has a new sprite when his HP is low and critical (- 70hp)

Also, the programmer had plans to add a bar for Grimm's life below his sprite or on top. But I thought it would be better to try to leave it a mystery.

What do you think about it? Was it nice not knowing Grimm's life or would it be better to add the bar for next time?
