Roaring Spirits - Jackie the Skater Concepts

Various sketch concepts of one of Jackie's favorite hobbies -- skateboarding!

As a college student, Jackie doesn't exactly have the kind of money to afford a fancy car, so her transportation of choice is usually her trusty skateboard!

1. An image sequence of Jackie skating on the way to her next pizza delivery customer -- but as you can see, its not exactly the smoothest way to get around. Pizza tends to stick to the box this way. Inspired from me playing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk lately -- cool poses and stylish tricks are hard, but fun to draw.

2. Unpredictable and resourceful as she is, Jackie will sometimes be seen using her skateboard while fighting off baddies! This one was also an early sketch of a Skate Deck art for her board. Might make this one into a mini-comic soon~

3. An older sketch page of Jackie with her board, but wearing a hat! A beanie is a typical skater hat, but also, just to see how I can style her ears while she's wearing one.

I'll probably revisit these and clean some of them up/ turn into some sorta mini-comic! But I thought I'd share what I've had so far!~
