Jackie + Snacks

Some Jackie stuff that started off as doodles that I took the time to clean up and color! The drawing on the right was from last year, in fact!

Anyways, I guess this is me expressing my nostalgia of the street food I would occasionally get afterschool, specifically on the walks home from elementary school when I was a wee lad with me mum. There were always elote/raspado vendors waiting outside once all the kids were getting picked up from school, and the food was cheap. Sometimes, we'd stop by the mexican mart on the way back to run errands and get pan dulce, since they always had a panderia inside. Fun times!

Also, I didn't realize how much fun I actually find painting/drawing food! Its oddly kinda therapeutic, maybe something I should draw more of...
