Stomach bulge!

How's y'all doing?! Good week? Got up to some fun fun stuff? I always hope so!

I've been pretty productive this week, moving along nicely with the Ada loops and also taking my time with things too. For this film I've really wanted the production quality to come up a notch so I've been adding in drippy saliva strings to almost every scene and I'm feeling like it adds a lot, but it's all frame-by-frame so it does add a bit of time to each loop but I feel it's worth it. It is essentially the same process as doing the coomshots but actually a little bit harder cause they move in different ways, often slower, and they all have to loop (which is a bit new to me) so it's been a lot of fun to take on this new challenge to add in this nice little extra detail. In the next films I have some ideas of how to bring up the production quality on the coomshots as well, integrating better in the scenes, adding some more depth to them and such. Always striving to add in more detail. One thing you'll probably notice is the presence of coom/saliva bubbles, I've been adding in a few more in this one cause I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of doing them right.

I'm still working away on the Ada scene, quite a few more shots to go but I'm enjoying animating all these different shots with this this rig and getting some ideas for future workflows as well!

It's kinda funny... on every single project I've ever worked on (especially the bigger ones) I always learn more stuff as I go, to the point that by the time I reach the end, I look back at the stuff I did at the beginning and almost want to redo it cause now I KNOW I can do it better - but that's a never ending game of fix'er'up so best to just take the knowledge and move it forward to the next one. On shorter projects there tends to be less duration of growth but dang on those long ones... I sure do feel it. Not to say that any of the earlier scenes are bad or anything, but mostly learning stuff to make future scenes, and future films even better, sharper, more detailed, and overall sexier. Anyway excited to have my brain buzzing with problem solving and ideas for future things.

Blah blah. Ramble ramble. I rendered out a lil video scene for you guys cause the tentacles are all on their own loops and it bothered me that the gif didn't loop lol - enjoy!
