Jikage Rising v1.28a Patron Release

Woohoo, the war is over! Just one more update to wrap things up, along with some extra stuff. On an unrelated note, do y'all know we have a server? And sometimes fan made mods are posted there? I'm not suggesting anything though, and I'm definitely not suggesting that you should definitely join the server before the next update of Jikage Rising is up. Side note, what's Hinata's sister's name again?

Anyway, update this time has some stuff that was happening in the war, I don't really wanna spoil it, as well as a Mei x Tsunade scene. Hopefully this will be enough time for me to get arc 3 up in time haha.
