At first I was going to draw it like the 4th image, but I really wanted to draw the suppository being swallowed into the anus, so I changed it! ?

From a manga point of view, the first one is definitely better, but I gave priority to my fetish..!

Finally, the erotic part starts a little bit from here ?.

But I'm not good at drawing erotic scenes, so I'm wondering if it's okay to leave out the erotic part and just connect it to the first punchline... I'll keep going with the trial-and-error approach.
