I'm pretty bad at conveying the passage of time, but hopefully something like this works. Might have to focus in on Avalon playing his flute to set the lazy around-the-campfire type of mood, and definitely need a shot of the gloaming. 

In fact, perhaps cutting out the top two panels and going straight to sitting around the campfire would be better paced
