Heigh Aphaelia, O flame of the east

This is still drafting phase, but I've put a little work into blender that I've included in the other images. I have a few other features that I want to add to properly convey scale, such as ships near the buttress pillars at the bottom

The tower is large, and its size and exposed elements are meant to invoke a perpetual sort of construction. The shells of rising parts are also meant to invoke flame. The city rests on a shoreline, with its side descending into the bay
