August Weekly Draws 3: Rainy Day

You can still enjoy the pouring rain when going outside though remember to warm up afterwards.

I guess a follow up to the last weekly draw, still got no idea what to do with the other one so made this. Also forgot to share the previous weekly draws for lower tier patrons so have to do that and remaining days of August would be the comic and the poll winner.
