So I had my second ketamine therapy treatment on Monday. It went pretty well. I need to book my next session soon. It will take about 6 of them to see any real results so it’s a work in progress. But I think between that and the addition of Effexor to my regular meds there has been an improvement in my mood and outlook. Now if only I had energy. I’m on adderall for adhd and consume a lot of caffeine and I’m still tired and sluggish all the time. It’s sucks. Hopefully I’ll get some energy back soon! Please pray for me!

Baby Eevee has been sleeping like crap. It’s a big part of why I haven’t been able to work on audios. Most of the time by the time she settles it’s at a point in the day where the house/neighborhood is too noisy for me to record anything. The best time for me to record is between 3 and 6am. And lately she’s been awake and fussy then. I’m hoping she gets on a better schedule here soon because it’s driving me crazy. Not just because I can’t work on audios but the lack of my own sleep too. I’m lucky if I get 4 hours at night.

My mom’s birthday is on Saturday but we’re celebrating next Friday with the family as like a combo birthday thing. With my own birthday being next Saturday. Baby Eevee has a checkup doctor appointment today. I think it includes shots. I really hope it goes well. She seems to be growing okay for her age and being a preemie. Perhaps the pediatrician will have some advice on how to get her to sleep better. We can only hope!

After next Friday my oldest kid is off from school for the summer until mid august. This means except the week she’s at her grandma’s for Bible camp and if she goes with a friend on their vacation I will be having to keep her entertained as well as the two little ones. I’m not sure yet what this will mean for my ability to work on audios. I’ll have to take each day as they come.
