[WIP] Shaders Progress, Hiking Progress, Rhiann x Horse Progress (27-06-2023)

Further optimization and fine tuning of all shaders. Mostly behind-the-scenes stuff, like reorganizing of files so it all loads faster and all that.

Gave Linde, Daria and Rhiann these shaders and tweaked them for their skin tones.
