Apologies for taking so long. This picture maybe was a little too complex to make in a single round. ovo;

For the record, first panel is fully shaded already. Reason is that I made a lot of testing with 3D models to make them match my style, to achieve more detailed backgrounds for these kinds of views. I'd say the experiment is a success! :D
