I imagine Itto's identity as spiderman is actually not a secret, more like, he makes it a big deal anywhere he goes so people know that's Arataki Itto behind the mask (not like he's being very lowkey with his suit anyway).

He's very popular tho, most people genuinely love him as their hero and he loves being loved LMAO (so much he even carries autograph cards with him at all times).
