[NSFW] Magic Hat Cantarella

CTRL - K. Locks the toggles.
CTRL - H. Resets toggles to default.
ALT - K. Brings up the toggle menu.

Twin mod to Hysilen's, I'll keep it brief for this one since they are almost a 1:1.

The toggles are tied to the membership tiers and go like this:

Baseline. Includes all the usual modular clothing toggles and a reverse pantyhose toggle.
Extended. Adds more texture toggles for pubes and/or womb tattoo, inverted nipples and barefoot.
Ultimate. Thiccer thighs toggle that also includes all of the above. It was decided based on a poll for members of that tier.
