Just for you.
Cara Mell is one of the most appreciated models I've ever photographed.
So my Patrons deserve to have another look at her, on a Sunday, and just for them.
In the mean time, let me tell you more about the preparation for Elfa's shooting on the 16th.
She accepted to pose with bare feet, so I searched for a pair of cheap sandals to make her wear whilst walking around the asylum premises, something that can get dirty whilst protecting her feet, something I can remove from the frame when she is in position...
But the Crocs lookalike I bought for her on Saturday look so cute I will have to show them on at least some of the pictures (I enclose a bonus photo to this post)
I should set up a Throne.com profile for these kind of things.
Not panties to wear myself, I promise, that is something the girls are using wishlists websites for, but would not be of interest for my supporters.
I might open a Throne profile for accessories to give models to wear.
But it can also be useful for recurrent gear I need for my work, from cheap filters and hoods for lenses, to medium value objects like hard drives to store the Archives, to very expensive lenses and cameras.
I realized that some people are really willing to contribute even more than what I'm allowing them to do, and that is something I find surprising, and yet I should allow them to do so.
I'm not saying I'm prepared to accept commissioned work (like people paying to have the model wearing specific boots or lingerie), because I still want to make my own choices about the direction I want the shootings to go towards.
But if I fancy to use special accessories in future shootings, I could suggest this on Throne and see if somebody is so interested to make this idea a reality.
For the moment I have purchased a very important piece of kit to preserve the delicate feet of Elfa, and I have done it thanks to your contribution anyway, so thanks from me, and also from her!
These sandals may be used again in the future, for other models with the same feet size, whenever we shoot in urbex locations, so it was a good investment.
Safety first!
