WTF are those things Astraea?!

Let me answer that for you. Those cute things are Soulex Slimes, wrongly called Leach Slimes by wizards. They're a subtype of slime (yes, another one) that predates creatures with high growth energy in their bodies, and... just like a succubus, they stimulate them to steal their energy. They're often light blue and get progressively darker as they gather more and more energy. 

They're pretty common in dungeons where they feed from the unfortuned adventurers that failed at their quest, becoming more and more powerful. But this also means that, once destroyed, they can give an extreme boost of growth and energy...
