GDC Split top better textures

Thank you Hanmen for pointing out a few errors on the textures.

- fixed an issue where the outfit was inverting detail and normal map.

- added better detail to the outfit.

- Added detail to belt. 

The outfit now displays better textures but also it can give that nice spark effects if you increase float and Exgloss slider in material editor :)
