How does one create a custom bikini texture?

So I have already decided which bikini to use for the comic, and it's actually not this one. However, I thought the proposed suggestion of making a leopard texture for this was an interesting one. Therefore, I sat down to do just that today! :)

I think it turned out pretty good.
