WIP - TerraDome3
I am not entirely happy with some of the large outdoor sets that I have used in the past. I always have my eye out looking for a good "terrain generation" add-on for Daz. Really, I should just learn Blender and make my own.
One or two of the sets I've used are fine, like some of the desert sets. They look good. I can pan around and explore the space. But it's one terrain with one look. Unless your whole comic is set in a desert, then you aren't going to get much use out of a single set.
I've also used WorldBaseXT, though that is a little bit more of a Poser product than Daz. I've used it for swamps, forests, and mountains. It has morphs to dial in different terrains. You can adjust the trees and the fog. It's pretty good, but it doesn't quite give me the look that I want, and I don't find it looks all that great in Daz. That's probably because I don't really know what I'm doing with it. :P
For a long time, I've been aware of another product like WorldBaseXT, and that product is called "TerraDome". They have done different versions of it. The first was like WorldBaseXT and was more of a Poser product, though it does work in Daz. They are now up to version 3 (TerraDome3) and it's built for Daz, and it's built for iRay rendering.
I decided to finally give it a go. These images are just the presets, and only from the base TerraDome3:

This add-on has an absolute crap ton of extras that you can buy for it.
